The Black Market is place to go whenever you wish to buy something on the game, most of the upgrades and other items you can purchase will be found here. The market is stock controlled and prices differ per location (you can hover over an item to find the price and stock in every location). The stock is filled up and pricing altered every 30 minutes. The initial design of the Black Market isn't that interesting but please remember that this is very new and we have a long way to go with improving it.
Now I bet you're all wondering why it looks so empty, where are the really fun things? Well, the first job was just to get the Black Market out there, get the initial products on the streets. In good time there will be much more interesting items come to the Black Market and I'm sure a few people upset over who's going to get the last one ;)
These initial products are all pretty basic - the pricing and stock refill may need adjusting though. You'll certainly find things hard to afford whilst we're missing Organized Crime and Family Businesses (which are coming soon), so rather than blame the price please hold on until you're able to earn more money.
Some items will be unavailable and dimmed out when there is no stock or the item is no longer available to you. For example, the crusher upgrades are limited to one upgrade every 4 levels. In the screenshot above, Smooth Criminal and Crusher Upgrade are dimmed out because they are not implemented yet, but these will be implemented within the next 24 hours.
Bullets are now found here too rather than in separate Bullet Stores. The main change is that bullets are bought in packages now, making it quick and easy. You can see at the bottom that Firearms will be coming to the Black Market too.
One last thing to note is that there is a limit on purchasing from the Black Market, you can only make one purchase every 5 minutes. You can half this to one purchase every 2.5 minutes by purchasing the "Black Market VIP" upgrade from the credit store.
